These links are provided to help existing clients through the bankruptcy process.


  • Credit Reports
    Current laws allow you to obtain one free online credit report per year from each of the three main credit bureaus. Tip: make sure you are connected to a functioning printer so you are able to print your report when you receive your free report.
  • Online Bankruptcy Worksheet
    Enter Attorney ID "dclegal" and your personal information.
  • Hummingbird BEFORE BANKRTUPCY credit counseling
    Pre-filing credit counseling must be completed within 180 days of when your bankruptcy is filed. If you have arranged for payment through our office you do not need to pay anything to Hummingbird. Just complete the form and call the toll free number: 1-800-645-4959. Our office is a Hummingbird "Registerd User" so once you complete the process simply contact our office to let us know you completed the pre-bankruptcy counseling. We will take care of payment and obtain the required certificate on your behalf.
  • Hummingbird AFTER BANKRUTPCY financial education
    To be completed AFTER your case is filed. Our office will let you know when it is time for you to complete this online process. If you have arranged for payment through our office simply let us know once you complete the education. We will take care of payment and file the necessary paperwork on your behalf.
